Omega 3 fish oil tablets can help. The only real way to improve your memory is to train it. There are plenty of books on the subject, but I cant remember their names. ( bad memory )

Eating lots of salmon...
Exercise...
Word games, Math games...
Having a poor memory means you don't care about the issue at hand...take an interest in people and things!

Have a few almonds, with milk; every night.
Lots of seafood and green vegetables; especially Okra (ladyfingers).
Blueberries are also known for enhancing good memory.
Eat less Protein, but plenty of water.

Gingko Bilboa and oily fish supplements can be bought at any chemist, known for good memory.
