You need to be far more specific in your question.

Several 'rubbers' (both synthetic and naturally-occurring) come in a wide range of damping coefficients. Usually, the rubber is specified with a durometer value - this corresponds with a value for the damping coefficient. A higher durometer value is more stiff than a low durometer reading.
