Its never too late to start a healthy lifestyle. I know 50 year olds starting a new healthy lifestyle
Just eat right and find a good work out program thats right for you. Being at an older age (yes saddly 22 is older for wight loss and muscle growth) It will all take time. Set goals work hard and eat right you'll be on your way to a healthy leaner fitter you!

not at all, i just receantly started working out again i used to go to the gym 5 days a week. its just a long process, but once u get the hang of it gets easier. let me now if u want to know about any effective workouts.

never too late to make some kind of an improvement. It does seem to get harder as you age, but your still under 25...ur good to go.
