Im looking for a low impact cardio routine, but it needs to be able to build cardio fast (like windsprints). I need it cause I have bad knees and they can't take the heavy impact of running everyday.

Ever think of walking? Swimming? or even Elipto machines..They are all low impact and very good at getting your target heart rate up.

Plus with walking you can go places..Swimming No sweat! (no sweat means no stink) and Elipto..well your on an easy machine. so GOOD LUCK!
