Nothing is wrong with her. She likes you. Guess she is just afraid to say it? Perhaps she is trying to give you a hint, but just can't speak up for herself. Talk to her. It won't kill you to talk to her, chances are you will both be glad she did. She obviously wants to be around you and thinks you are quite something to look at!

If she's close to your age, and is a hotty, and IF you are interested in her, ask your homey if it's cool that you ask her out. The worst he could do is say no. I wouldn't let that stop me though. If she were close enough to my age (Assuming I were still single and in my early 20's.) I would let her make that decision. IF she's nowhere near your age and the thought of her staring at you creeps you out, next time ask her why she's staring. The worst that could happen there, is that she might see that you're not interested and will stop staring.

Depends how she's staring, maybe she wants "it" too. Maybe your girl tells her of the stuff you do to her and she wants a piece, you should set yourself up to be around her alone and see what happens. Don't make the move yourself, just make yourself chill and relaxed, she'll do it all for you.
