Could I first say hello to my cuz up there M15!
Nurse practitioner advised me to have Actimel every morning BEFORE anything else - even water and wait a few mins until you have any other food/drink. She said it really helped a stressed paramedic she knew. Would recommend healthy diet lots of fruit and veg and avoid too much coffee (am coffee addict myself so can't leave it at avoid) and all those lovely hot and spicy dishes - at least until it calms down - most of all de-stress.
Think Actimel helped me too but have incl all above too.

Too much of one food can always upset it, mainly too much meat or even too much veg can cause irritation so just a little of each and it shouldn't be so bad you can always hop along to a nutritionist they could help you sort out a good healthy eating plan.

Good luck with that Hun.

I like Tommys answer... cut out the crap! well done Tom. otherwise, eat a balanced diet and some but not too much fruit, leave off sugar, tinned beans and mushy peas. slow down on the alcohol, drink lots of water and keep away from tea and coffee, don't suffer in silence, let it all hang out..............

This can be a serious condition. You need to see your Dr. who will have the best advice for YOUR specific needs. I looked on-line but saw nothing that I thought would help you, :(
