I believe you are referring to Hong Kong - Mong Kok District in Kowloon Peninsula. The opening hrs should be around 12noon ~ 1pm till late 11pm+. Make sure you bargain if you intend to buy something there. Try to walk thru the whole street and compare the prices before making the decision.
