Don't know about the weather but the "living standards" are not excellent, not good, not adequate. If you are used to the American way of life, a big surprise is in store.

Do your research, online, at the library, etc. before taking a drastic step like this. You obviously haven't done so...

Bangalore sounds like the place for you. It has great weather throughotu the year and also is very clean compared to most Indian cities. Search for bangalore online and check otu some pics.

well im frm india and i would like to say is that dont go as per american perception of india as a country of beggers and snake charmers!! well coming to ur q u can find that goa is a beach state near the ocean and has warm climate even in winters and it has a spanish influence so more familier with ppl frm developed world..

Depending upon where from you are coming. India is a developing country and not a fully developed one, so many things may dis satisfy you, if you are from developed country

kerala ,living standard as scandinavions,minimum teperture in winter not below 20c and maximmum 35c in summer . any rural area you get good life
