eating fruit or juice causes sores in my mouth, dr. says avoid eating them,,, i can eat an apple and have sore mouth for 2 or 3 days mouth wash helps me get over that but each time I eat fruit or drink juice it happens again..

You may be eating too much stuff that has a high citrus acid, which would cause mouth sores. try to limit how much you eat or drink with alot of citrus acid.

the acid content in fruit is more acidic than your natural PH levels. It's a chemical reaction... Whatever you do don't have any citrus fruits it will burn....

thjere is a lot of acid in fruit

just buy original HONEY and take a spoon of honey and mix it in a glass of water.drink every morning till 1 month.and you will feel a big change.

too much acid in both fruit and juices!!

Uh.....Duh!!!!!!!!! Did you not say your doctor said to avoid them? Didn't he tell you why they cause sores? Unbelievable you still need non medical advice after already talking to a doctor.

maybe you're acidic. i only know pineapples to cause that kind of symptom
