Why are virgins stereotyped as horrible lovers?

I believe a relationship is like a job, if you have no experience then nobody is interested. Whats the problem? Why are virgins stereotyped like this?

Exactly and not exactly. Virgins can be horrible lovers if they absolutely have no clue about what to do when the heat is on. If they don't even know how to make out or fondle, what then? BUT, even if they are virgins, they might not be experienced but they have seen what it is they have to do. If they've watched porn, then more or less, they have an idea of how NOT to be a bad lover. There will be trials and risks, but at least there's the idea of improvement.

As with jobs, the more you work the more experience you pick up. It is just one of those facts of life, nobody can be good at everything the first time they try it. And the stereotype of virgins being horrible lovers has been exagerated a bit, they are just inexperienced, and need time and people to give them this experience.

You can know the rules of chess, but unless you play the game you don't really understand. I think a virgin can't be considered a PHYSICAL lover because if they are a virgin they have had zero experience as such. Learning how to be a good physical lover can only be learned one way - by actual experience. This applies to both men and women. A relationship is another matter - actual physical lovemaking is the culmination of a great lover's relationship, at least usually. I don't think virgin's are lousy lovers - I just think that when it comes to physical lovemaking they can't be counted.

That's most often a case of the pot calling the kettle black. In other words, those who most often wise off about virgins are, themselves, virgins. I spent ten years in the Army, listening to young men prattle on about a topic that intimately concerns all men. It happened to be, and remains for their present-day contemporaries, a topic about which they knew virtually nothing.
As in many human endeavors, sex is a learning experience. Some men will pretend that it's a royal pain in the neck to encounter someone who isn't so knowledgeable that she knocks their socks off, yet one will notice that they NEVER turn down the opportunity to teach such another. Further, one who listens to their prattle soon learns that sex with a virgin is universally preferred over sex with an experienced woman...look at how most men insist their wives be virgins when they marry them. This stereotype is like others that make no sense whatsoever, like the one that says women make lousy warriors (they make exceptional warriors, says this former sergeant), that blacks are inherently dumber than whites (an enormous crock of an idea) or that liberals aren't as tough on crime or as willing to use force to defend the country (an idea which is pure, unadulterated bullsh*t.

I stay in a Canadian city the place there at the instant are not a super form of black human beings. Me and my teenage infants have in simple terms those days been questioning approximately "black names". I've never heard that. They are inexperienced, thus it's likely they will not be very good...but I've never heard anyone say horrible, bad, etc. However it does take some experience/practice to become a good lover....it's not something that we do really well right out of the gate.

I think that the stereotype would come from them having never done it before. The first time you do something is unlikely to be very good

it is because people believe if you are a virgin you don't know what to do when it come to having sex. and you are right it is just like a job. they just need to give a person a chance to see what they are working with.

I think it's because people are subconsciously thinking "hmm.. why is that person a virgin? he/she must not enjoy sex or something" someone who doesn't enjoy sex is never a good lover..

edit: I'm not saying that I personally believe virgins are bad lovers.. I'm just trying to answer the question..

Because its a fact. Just like a job, if you have no experience odds are you're not going to be very good at it.
