Do you really think that? If we cried all the time our children wouldn't respect us. We need to be strong to provide emotional space for women and children to do their crying.

There is nothing wrong with a man crying. A lot of men try not to show it. It was even more so in the past where a man rarely showed emotions like that.

Well maybe because of the society, they feel that man should not cry as it kinda make them look feminie(sissy) but actually is good to let out your emotion at times because you would feel better. I am a 20 yr guy and i do cry but not that often and sometimes after crying you feel better

U cry and feel better bt there is no fault of any man if says dat u r a crying baby. Coz every one will talk like dat. When u will cry again and again. When something serious happens wid any man and if it breaks them down , then they have 2 cry. THEY ALSO CRY.

Believe me I cry alot...
I cried when a car hit my dog. It came crawling to the house and passed away in my lap 10 minutes before we reached the doctor.. I had this dog for 10 years and it stayed alive long enough to die on my lap...
I cry with movies like the "Green Mile"...
I cried when my parents divorced...
I cried when my father was in the hospital for a heart surgery...
I cried for her... alot...
It makes me feel stronger afterwards. And I also know that I am strong in heart when I face tough times so I dont care about it. Cry baby? Try "emotionally active" instead...

Because most think that that's only what woman do, and if a woman sees them crying, they seem to think that somehow, they are less of a man in her eyes, because a MAN is supposed to be strong, and that shoulder to cry ON. If a man sees them cry, they seem to think that they look like little wimps around their BOYS.

men will look weak if they cry as much as a girl they are suppose to be strong and a men, if i see a guy cry i would have second thoughts of going out with them

men dont cry because we believe its a sign of weakness, in most cases we feel the pain probably might cry, but not in the public.
