You have to go to a recruiter, and go through the process. They will know what direction to go with it, or if you have to see a docter to be cleared, and document that you are indeed eligible for re-enlistment. I have had to do that. It did take some time, so be patient..

good luck, thats exaclty what im trying to do right now! i have an re-3 and got it for no reason. simply because the army didnt feel like re-classifying me and they told me they were sending me home. im in the process of trying to re-enlist but i need a waiver from battalion and its not looking good. talk to a recruiter. if its a 1 or 2 then it wont be a problem. but if its a 3 like me then good luck!

It is possible but hard to do. Generally you have to prove that you either did not deserve the re-enlistment code you were given or (if it was a medical code) prove that the medical condition no longer exists.

you will would desire to submit a request to the dep. of protection militia overview Board. counting on why you left militia provider.... they'd not improve your re-enlistment eligibility code..... many times they don't.
