Anything with natural sugars will boost your energy level, at least temporarily. Fruits, etc., are great. Long term energy though is best fueled by a mix of carbs. and proteins, and vitamins.

i always feel a bit more energetic if i eat an orange so juicey and filled with natural sugar :)
