Do you think it's bad for you? If you're happy with it go right ahead, drink as much coffee as you like with as much sugar as you like. Excessive caffine could be linked to heart attacks but then something in coffee may also help prevent certain forms of cancer. Sugar gives calories without having any nutritional value but providing you don't have a weight problem, what's the issue. Personally, I can't drink instant coffee without getting a headache but that's me. If you like your coffee that way, that's entirely up to you.

sugar is empty calories, it will put on weight without giving you any nutrition and it will muck up your blood sugar levels. Look at any book on nutrition, refined sugar is a big baddy for all kinds of reasons. If you need sweeteners, you could try using honey instead.

Welcome to the blissful world of caffeine addiction. Worry thineself not the perils of coffee, my friend.
It does amazing things for the brain, clinical proof is available and it has antioxidants that prevent free radicals in your system. The downside is the dehydrating effect but that is easily remedied by consuming enough water.Wow.I said that without having my daily cup. Just for you, my dear. Just for you.

its dead food they gives you a brief lift then leaves you needing another. It raises your heart rate....up and down up and down. It can lead to diabetes, obesity etc when ur older and your metabolism isnt so efficient. But you're in good company in the good ole usa. Plenty of health wrecks there.Sugar freaks!
