If a guy really likes you he won't drag his feet...
if he's stringin u along it will be drag, drag, drag..
if you feel like your not goin anywhere with him your probably right and its time to move on...
Find guys who make you feel good, you feel good about and that your friends and family like.

using you how?if he's telling you he's not ready for a committed relationship then move on and spend time with others.You will need time to experience life and learn things that will help you handle a relationship when the right time comes.Right now you seem too inexperienced to be worrying over one guy so get into the world and have some fun.

possibly using to a certain degree. think about it, if he drags about dating it will continue to happen with other stuff. crush on someone better and who deserves it.
