If it is a full aerial with base it can be accessed through the interior light,(you will have to remove this to see the the cable connection to aerial) if it is just the aerial and base is already installed just screw it on,

The aerials come with instructions - but if you're not mechanically minded, get a garage to do it!

where have you bought it from, are you in the UK? Halford should fit it for free if you buy from then, the boys there will jump at the chance to help a lady in distress!!!
