I happened to bring a pack of Ramen noodles to lunch today. It is an 85 gram package, says 190 calories per serving, and it has two servings per package.....so
380 calories in my package.
Hope that it's useful for you.

The calories are listed on the package, but you should be more concerned on the sodium content in the package. Most of them are too high and if you need to watch your salt intake, then they are not a good choice.
