If you mean Caernarfon in North Wales then it's around 250 miles. If you mean Carmarthen in South Wales then it's around 215 miles

http://www.multimap.com/map/aproute.cgi?input_rt=aproute_pan&startcountry=GB&endcountry=GB
put your start and end destination in here, and it will give you directions (if needed) and will also give total distance and estimated driving time. you can either put in an exact address, a postcode, or even just town names (in which case it will default to the town centre)
multimap gives the distance as about 250 miles (assuming you mean Caernarfon, North Wales)

According to Multimap, it's around 250 miles, though obviously it depends where in London you're starting from (Caernarfon's pretty small, it doesn't make as much difference at that end). Here's a possible route:
http://www.multimap.com/map/aproute.cgi?client=public&lang=&rn=GB&input_rt=aproute_pan&startcountry=GB&startrd=&starttown=london&startpc=&endcountry=GB&endrd=&endtown=caernarfon&endpc=&qs=q&starttime=18%3A16

It takes approximately an hour, perhaps a sprint longer (counting on what proportion stops, there could be between approximately 5 and 20) on a prepare from liverpool highway to Cambridge and in keeping with possibility and hour and a a million/2 to tension there. this is totally useful to get to while in comparison with some places and Cambridge is super.

You don't deserve to come to Wales until you learn how to spell the place names!
fyi it's Caernarvon (English spelling)
Caernarfon (Welsh spelling)
'Caernoven' is just laziness.
