I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

By mentioning regular diet and busy schedule I take it you're asking how to avoid the allure of quick and easy take-out or fast food.

Here's some of my tips:

1. Have breakfast at home before work or school. A bowl of whole-grain cereal is a much better start to the day than an egg mcmuffin, and takes less time to prepare than most drive-thru's these days.
2. Pack lunches. You can prepare veggies and sandwiches the night before and refridgerate them.
3. Invest in a slow cooker / crock pot device. Pre-prepare dinner in the mornings before your day begins so dinner is ready to hit the table when you get home.

Please keep mind,in every busy schedule give main priority to health.If you have a good drawing board you can draw a good picture.Like that keep your health good and take good Deity food in time.You can do any work in time .Nothing is impossible.Please make a daily planning schedule in a small pocket dairy and keep in your pocket and follow it daily & possibly.

exercise as much as you can (ie stairs instead of lift) and stuff yourself with raw fruit and veg, boring but good for you and no cooking, so easy to prepare!
