I got reciepe for chocolate cake include Wine. but i don't want to add wine.. what is the best substute for wine? is Grape Juice good ?? any idea or what else

For 1/4 cup or more port, sweet sherry, substitute the following: equal measure of unsweetened orange juice or apple juice plus 1 teaspoon of corresponding flavored extract or vanilla extract.

As someone stated it will evaporate, but if you are concerned use non alcoholic wine. It will not change the texture and you are staying true to the recipe.

Use fresh citrus juice (for chocolate cake, I would recommend fresh orange juice).

If you are worried due to the alcohol issue, know this. Alcohol evaporates when cooked, so it wont affect you in that way. Otherwise seek a cooking site for this question.

you can just skip it or use any kind of fruit juice or pop
