What does this say? "Ingrese Abieite Por menipulaciou mostrendo su contenido"?

I sent a birthday present from the UK to NZ, and it was opened and half the items removed. This note was placed inside and I have no idea what it means? Any help please?

I understand it to mean "Delivered having been opened by handling, revealing its contents".
