Yes, though you're more likely able to use it to withdraw cash from the atm than you are as a debit card (they have a slightly different banking setup over there)

most probably yeah, i had the same question about the states, when i went over there, i was able to use it, but if u pay by card or withdraw money u'll get charged! U can use it whereever u see the Visa sign or u can also speak to ur bank they'll be able to sell u for sure.
