Yes it will. Spreadable Butters are made from low a combination of primarily low melting liquid fractions and a small amount of high melting solid fractions - thus exhibit good spreadability at refrigerator temperature (4 °C) but were almost melted at room temperature (21 °C)."

Pure old fashion butter, has a melting Point: 82.4 - 96.8 °F (28-36 °C) . The melting point measures the temperature range at which a solid becomes a liquid. Butter's narrow melting range provides a sharp melting curve, Butter releases its flavour as its melts, thus it is a quick flavour release.

The normal core body temperature of a healthy, resting adult human being is stated to be at 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit or 37.0 degrees Celsius. Though the body temperature measured on an individual can vary, a healthy human body can maintain a fairly consistent body temperature that is around the mark of 37.0 degrees Celsius.

The mouth temperatures varies in men and women, between 35.7 - 37.7 °C for men, and 33.2 - 38.1 °C for healthy women. Thus a few men and many women will not be able to melt some hard butters.

Butter doesn't melt in my mouth, it gets vapourised instantly! Btw, I'm British, that's why there's a letter U in vaporised.

Yes, but that doesn't sound too good! I would suggest you melt while spreading it on a piece of hot toast.
