it was runing ok then it started runing realy rough and it just cut out like it ran out of fuel the fuel pump is ok it has had new leads plugs dizzy cap rotor arm igniton module coil and both air flow meters but still no joy please some one help

Common fault with these Bosch fuel injection systems is that the fuel pump relay (usually blue) breaks its internal contacts from the circuit board.

If you feel confident, remove the relay and gently ease the cover off the base. look at the circuit board and you will see three spade connectors soldered to the board itself.

Usually these connectors have dry soldered joints or have physically come loose from the board - these just need to be resoldered and normally all is well.

I assume you have checked to make sure its not just a ground problem. Maybe an engine ground has gone bad? Do you have spark? Do you have fuel at the engine?
I would check that out, just because the fuel pump is pumping maybe you have a clog in the line?

Some of the early V6 Fords had a fibre timing gear. Sometimes the teeth were broken off by the mating crankshaft gear. Lift off one of the rocker boxes and then turn the engine over....if there is no movement, the timing gear is damaged.
