bad breath is usually caused by sluphur gasses emitted by the activities of bacteria in your mouth and throat.

First, brush teeth, then use a tongue scraper. Then mouthwash (listerene or peroxide-base), then drink some grain alcohol (190 proof) so it wets the entire back of your throatas it goes down.

Do this six times, all in one day. Try not to eat carbohydrate food that day.

Then mix "acidophilus" capsules from the heath food store in water. Swish and gargle.

You'll have killed off all the bad bacteria in your mouth, then added GOOD bacteria.

You'll want to brush after every meal or snack, and scrape tongue, too from then on. Strong mouthwash can kill off the GOOD bacteria, so it's not often a good idea.

bad breath can come from the mouth but generally it comes from what we eat!!! avoid dairy products for example which can give really bad breath (cheese and milk in particular).

bad breath!

cleaning the teeth & tongue are - clear.

then comes - stomach; watch which food givs you - quick acidic taste in mouth & throat; reduce that;

eating one morsel less than required - keeps "taste in food", it doesn't become "spoils" quickly inside!

many-ques!!!
