I normally eat 1000 calories a day and lost 10 pounds by dieting and exercising, now that I'm in my goal weight, I want to eat more and make my metabolism faster. I want to burn at least 1500 calories naturally, like the way I used to. Is there any way that I can do that? I really, really need help from you guys. Especially good nutrionists out there.

Tell me EVERYTHING to make metabolism faster, because I want to be able to maintain my weight but still eat what I want. Does green tea help? Anything that will make my metabolism faster, anything?
