The answer to your question would depend on the type of history you would like to keep. If you run any of the latest versions of Internet Explorer, a log is kept of your recently visited sites. You can access the history of visited sites on IE6 by clicking the HISTORY icon on the browser toolbar.

If you use IE7, open the FAVORITES list by clicking the FAVORITES icon at the top of the browser, (it's the little star below the BACK button.) Then click the HISTORY button, and a list of recently visited web sites will be shown.

If you visit a web site that you want to save so you can re-visit, right click anywhere on the page, and click ADD TO FAVORITES. Then click ADD to confirm when asked.

Like I said, I don't know what history you want to keep, I hope this helps.
