The number one problem of this world is sin. It is sin that sends everyone into an uncontrolled tailspin towards destruction. In order to pull your airplane out of its tailspin and regain control you much let Jesus into your life. You must turn the control of your aircraft, that is your life, to him. He has the answers and he is the way. With Christ in control morals are returned and every true thing comes into view. Reelations 4:11 says that we were created for God's pleasure. This means that we were created from his love and for his love. God finds pleasure in loving his Creation and bestowing his blessings upon it. Following physical death one of two things happens---we either go to heaven or we go to hell. Heaven is a place of unimaginable bliss and hell is a place of unimaginable loneliness. There is only one reality to follow and that reality is Jesus Christ. He is the physical manifestation of God, the Son of God who is 100% man and 100% God at the same time. He sits at the right hand of the Father in heaven as our priestly intecessor. He died for our sins so that we would not have to do so. He paid the blood price for the sin that we have all inherited from Adam. He who believes and receives that baptism of the Holy Spirit is saved and destined for heaven. He who rejects Jesus Christ is condemned because he has not received the witness of the Holy Spirit. Receiving Christ is a life altering experience.

The number one problem? Over population and hopelessness.
The rest of the problems you mention are purely personal. It is perception of creation or god or realization that create the internal paradox. "Who am I? What comes next? Where will I go?"
You can only follow your path. Find your own way and stay as safe as you can possibly be. There are no easy answers or fixes and if you use the easy offerings you doom yourself to them.

FEAR. There are negative influences out there that
want us to be afraid. Afraid of physical pain, suffering.
Being punished in hell. Fear makes us weak and angry.
That is what the outside influences want. Because they are not powerful enough to destory us. So they try to stir us up with hatred so we will destroy ourslelves.
