LC is right, in most state the states pays for the DNA test expecially if you are on any kind of assistant, If you are trying for child support through the state the the state covers the cost of the DNA test. Im in ky and I think the cost is around 125$ but thats a lot if you dont have it.
Good Luck and we dont think you are a lier at all.

No absolute proof without DNA. If you want child support the court will order DNA if the father says he is not the father. Better start saving up for that DNA test.

If you go to your local welfare office and request assistance with this they will pay for the DNA test, I think it might cost you 25 dollars...they will also do whatever is necessary in bring those in that could be the father....persue it...it'll help

You won't have to pay for the paternity test if you take him for a child support order. If he denies the child then the court will make him pay for the DNA test.

Very sad that he requires proof. DNA is the only positive proof there is. I don't know what state you live in, but you need to apply for public assistance so that the matter can be settled once and for all.

Maury.... definitely... that's all that guy does.... otherwise... who can afford children when they can't afford paternity tests... make him pay for it if he's so sure he's not the father
