That depends on the size of the ship and where it was produced. however, the trend appears to be approaching or surpassing US $1,000,000,000. Royal Caribbean's Freedom of the Seas I think clocked in at almost 1 billion (it was 960 million or something, but close enough). Their new "genesis" class ships will cost roughly $1.2 billion.
