Groetjes en vele kussen = greetings and lots of kisses.
Groetjes is not "love". Love would most likely be translated into "liefs" (which is not the exact translation for love in Dutch, but the closest, the Dutch don't say "love" at the end of a letter...which would be "liefde").
Lief meisje is "sweet/nice girl".

between the Dutch translations above sounds good, yet i might replace the word duurder with dierbaarder or kostbaarder. to that end: Dutch: Tijd wordt steeds kostbaarder dan goud. in spite of the undeniable fact that a priceless stone is observed as "edelsteen", the word edel is nearer in intending to the English "noble", And the word duur is greater normally used to point something high priced.
