I'm already in my goal weight, 100 pounds. I'm 5"4 and I eat about 1000 calories everyday. I want to stop dieting and start eating more (I'm not going to pig-out or anything), because before I started dieting I used to eat 1500-2000 calories a day. How can I make my metabolism as fast as that again? (w/ no exercise, just naturally burning calories metabolism)
Will this work? What if I eat 1200-1300 calories every other day, will that make my metabolism faster, and thus get used to burning more? How about three times a week? Will that help?

Please don't tell me there's no way out and that I'll end up gaining weight. I know there's a way out this, I just know there is, because I know someone that at a point in summer, she started eating a lot and gained weight, and then she hardly ate anything and got thin again, but now she eats whatever she wants and she hasn't gained weight.
The difference is that I actually exercised and ate food to lose weight, while in her position she didn't exercise, and didn't eat a lot and lost weight. So if now she can eat whatever, I suppose that there's a safe way to start increasing my metabolism again, right? Because if she did it, then wouldn't I be able to do it, too? More for me, since my diet and exercise plan is way more healthy than hers.
