It started yesterday, and is giving me a lot of pain when I breath in. I thought it might be wind but today it is still there, although a tiny bit easier to breath in today, still getting pain in back, and started coughing also. Can anyone tell me if I need to worry. Thanks

Usually when that happens...is because either muscle spasm or you need alignment...try taking a tennis ball and have someone put it just exactly where the pain is and put it against the wall...put pressure as if you were frictioning the area...just try it and see if the pain is less. Try some stretches, but if persist...try going to a chiropractic dr. and go for an alignment...or you can see a massage therapist that can get rid of those muscles spasms.
Feel better and good luck ^i^♥♥
