Breakfast 7am
Lunch 12 noon
Dinner 6pm
I usually get hungry between breakfast and lunch also, right around 10 or 1030 my stomach always rumbles if I'm at work sitting at my desk. Try eating something small like a piece of a fruit that won't fill you up or spoil your lunch.

I agree with both Andrew G. and Ardra71. If you, as you've said, have your breakfast at 7 AM and do not want to snack in between meals, I'd recommend having lunch around 11:30 AM. That is if you haven't had a massive breakfast (eggs, ham/bacon, toasts...) If you had such a big one, you wouldn't be hungry until 12:30 or 1 PM and you may one a light lunch also.

about 4 hours would be sufficiant. I know you dont like to snack, but it would'nt seem like snacking if you get some special k breakfast bars, or snack bites. They are very light, and fulfilling, and a great energy booster between meals. I am actually on the special k diet myself and have lost 3 pounds so far and my first week is not even over yet.

Who can put a time on it. It' according what and how much you eat at breakfast. If you eat 2 eggs 2 to 3 slices of bacon toast orange juice which is popular in the US, then 5 to 7 hours is sufficient. A donut and a glass of milk would be different. Your body will tell you.

Do you like oatmeal? I eat this in the morning with a piece of fruit. It keeps me full until around 11. Then for lunch, I have a sandwhich and a salad. In between eating you need to have little snacks and lots of water because it will fill you up. Also cereal in between meals could keep your tummy full until dinner or until bed time

After 4 or 5 hours, your stomach should be empty again...unless you had a massive breakfast.

I'd say about 3-4 hours would be sufficient...but maybe you could have a very small snack (such as a banana, or apple slices) in between.

general rule 4-5 hours! gap between meals.
but your body is best doc, it gives you signal; it gives LOUD signal if you had small b/f; or vice versa;
listen to it; means adjust quantity in very next meal;
( I knew a friend - who didn't have gap between meals on Holidays; but did a matchhing WORK-OUT, ....)
