Cauliflower??
Im on a low-fat low carb diet and i want eat caulifower!!

Its just boiled and seasoned with salt an pepper..

is it ok??

Yes although you might want to steam rather than boil it to keep more of its vitamins and minerals (assuming you do not want to eat it raw, as in a salad. It's great too, raw).

Watch out for the salt also. Use it in moderation or use a salt substitute. You need to be careful of your sodium intake as well as the fat and calories in your food.

Yes.Because it is low-cal and also has fiber in it
having a form of complex carbs.That means you will feel full longer and the carbs will take time to digest too.And during digestion you may end up burning more calories just to digest it!
