I had weight loss surgery a long time ago and have since been eating only the things I really like instead of veggies. I do like many veggies, but I love meat. I know I'm not eating healthy. I've settled into an unhealthy way of eating. For dinner last night I had a steak (about 8oz.) and a baked potato with the works. This is a typical meal for me. I live alone and fresh vegetables (which I love) tend to spoil before I eat them, so I just don't buy them anymore. Canned vegetables are too processed and just aren't as appetizing. This behavior is habit now and I want to change it. I need some sort of motivation.
