This is my 8th day and 11th minute of quitting. I have to keep a log of how many days, hours etc to make me see the achievement. Its really hard but after 12 years of the s**t stick, i think my body needs a break!
My boyfriend has told me, if i keep this up for a month he'll treat me to something nice - i love his suprises so i'm sticking wi it!

Well Done, when i stopped smoking a few years ago, i stopped in the day at first then went out and just smoked a few at night... i couldnt go to the pub without a ciggy!! it will be much easier for you when the pubs are none smoking (if you do go to pubs!)
i hate the smell of it now it stinks!! and i can safley say i will never smoke again! try saving the money up and get sommet nice....

it has been rough as I started smoking again 7days after the new year. But I have greatly reduced it to say 5 a day and only at nights

Yeah I'm in the same boat. I'm perfectly fine until I go out with friends drinking, then the true test (ie cravings) comes out. So far so good tho! Keep strong and good luck

i gave up smoking about 6 weeks ago its getting easier now but like someone said its when your out for a drink that it gets to you but so far ive resisted temptation hope you can to good luck

I'm glad to say I"ve been smoke free since last year. I now chew tobacco. Bourban Flavored Copenhaggen.

WELL DONE,I gave up 3 years ago and I still fancy them pesky fags..you can do it with a lot of will power..you are nearly over the worst of it..but you have gone this far..keep going you can do it
