there is an staggering trick to searching after poofy hair. Its honestly a grueling step yet purchase a good straightner and basically straighten your hair somewhat no longer too a lot. this can administration that poof that occurs. And in case you purchase the right iron like an ionic it supplies your hair texture softness and shine. A plus all round. keep in options a good straightner will run you round 20 to 20-5 money if its more low-priced than that or doesn't grant different settings than low medium or extreme bypass. it really is going to have more effective settings than basically 3 to be good. A moist and dry is amazingly large because it dries your hair then you definitely straighten eliminating the blow drier.

Layers in your hair and then use rollers!! the really big rollers, the bigger the better.
Blow dry your hair then put your hair into rollers and leave for a while, then blast your hair (with the rollers in) with the hairdryer and spray with a maximum hold hairspray, then voila! you can straighten any bits that went a bit mad and you will still have lots of body!
But to be fair I really think you should get your hair cut!! Nothing can really work on hair that long. You would be a hairdrasser's dream client, its like giving them a blank canvas. Still keep it long but its a bit overly, unattractively long at the moment.

Unfortunately the longer your hair the flatter its going to look. If your hair is thick but looks flat layers are perfect as you will get the volume to make it look thicker. Extensions are expensive so why not invest in a clip in Hair Weft there are plenty on the market. Make sure you get real hair so you can wash, blowdry and style them.

I have very long thick hair, in fact when I go to my hair dresser she complains about the amount of hair I have. I once had all one length hair and found it was too heavy to have any style too it so I got layers. Now my hair has more body and lift too it. It is scarey to cut waist length hair but if you do not like it..........it will grow back.

Hey - I've got waist-length hair, too, medium-thick, medium-coarse strands and a bit wavy. I've found what shampoo I use makes a huge difference, and I'm fussy about my hair, so I've gone through all kinds of expensive shampoos - they're one thing I don't mind splurging on. But - my favorite is VO5 extra body, which is a buck a bottle. I let it air-dry and leave it at that.
Good luck!

id have it layered shampooed and then blow dry it with one of those diffuser it basically is when hair is layered it adds volume and deffinition and the diffuser on hairdryer helps make lifeless hair more fuller and adds defination also i did this and it really works.

Even though it's hard to think of doing it, and I know it is, the best thing to do is get layers cut into your hair. Consult your stylist.

You should go to a reputable hairdresser to have it layered, they don't necessarily have to shorten it but layers will make it lighter and better to cope with, it will also make it look thicker.
