sorry for brief details. basically want to know if a person was 2 weeks late (never been before) and NOT stressed, then period came and lasted a few days and was a normal but not heavy period. wouldnt you think that after a late onset it would be heavy???? so basically do i now wait til next month to see what happens if i get it or not. I've done the HPT and it came back negative.

Many things can affect your period besides stress. If it was normal, even if it wasn't heavy, that's a pretty sure bet that you're not pregnant.
I don't know how old you are, but I'd wait 'til next month and see if anything weird happens. Otherwise, I wouldn't worry too much.

Hpt are not always dependable, the cheap brands require alot of hcg in your urine to detect pg. Contact your dr to have a blood test done.

No, just because a period is late, doesn't mean it will be heavy.
