That's a toughie. Lots of things that I've done almost score a rating of dangerously sick on the sin-scale. I'll get back to you on this one.
I can't decide what is most sinful, so I'll share an amusing story. Once I was dragged to church by this chick I wanted to score with. It was a catholic church and when I walked in the door I went to the bathroom,to do this I had to pass by a basin full of water that I noticed people dipping their hands in and anointing themselves with, on the wall in the bathroom was a paper-cup dispenser. I had a flash of inspiration, so I grabbed one of these cups, filled it to the brim with warm steaming piss, and discreetly dumped it into the basin. Then, I watched as 25 or more people anointed themselves with my piss.

According to the godbots I meet, my "greatest sin" was thinking for myself.
But since there is no "god", there's no "sin". Religion is a made up "solution" to a problem that doesn't exist. (I guess that's why religions want "final solutions" for those who don't belong to their cult.)

the most sinful thing i ever did was when i disobey God by having premarital sex and u know that "one commandment violated = 10 commandments violation. i am using this medium to tell my God that am sorry.

I let a poor old man suffering from colon cancer die before I called 911. he begged me to not let them revive him, even though his sons wanted it. Mind you, the RN in the hospice sat with me while I read from his favourite book as he passed
