I am not sure about your interests or hobbies so to me, I'll probably be drawing or writing something in my notebook. Try to think a lot of questions which you've never have the time to think of or you can start a conversation with the person sitting next to you. Bug the air stewardess or play some card games. The last thing you can do is to sleep and that's all.

no remember if it is your first long haul flight, you ought to no longer sleep in any respect, a minimum of I didnt i replaced into too busy observing the engine wobbling on the wing questioning if it replaced into going to fall off which of direction they dont ( I had a window seat over the wing ) too busy questioning what the food may be like or merely walking around the plane, too busy twiddling the in flight radio knobs and seeing which videos may be on the in flight action picture instruction manual, all in all I merely didnt take care of any sleep the 1st day out. On next longer flights of 12 hours and extra I did sleep ( no selection particularly it gets tiring by way of timezone adjustments )

Sleep. Bring a portable DVD player (make sure it's charged fully). Play cards. Play twenty questions. Try to like to read (I know it's hard to do, and you're probably groaning, but try... reading can be so fun!). Bug the flight attendant (just kidding!).

it's called an ipod!!! GET ONE!!! its the only way to survive a flight.... borrow one if you dont have one!!! its the BEST to listen to music! and ipods have games on them too. OR if you are feeling all creative - like - get an empty book or journal and write stuff in it - your goals for the year, how youre feeling etc. or write letters to your loved ones! we dont do that enough you know. with email and sms we dont write proper letters enough. enjoy!!!

Nice one taraloha. But hey Wendi, if you are twelve, if I were you, just sleep. Enjoy sleeping while you are young. You will get too less of it once you grow older.
