Choose a cruise ship!! It´s romantic & possibility to spend all time together without being diturbed, many activities on board, brilliant food, dances, galadinners and you see almost everyday a new city where you can do excursions...
Do you know what is always perfect? A cruise in the caribe and staying afterwars in an island for 1 week to relax.

There are a lot of factors which play into this: Age of the newlyweds, season, their interests......all very important....
The islands of Mallorca and Ibiza off of the coast of Spain are beautiful year round, but are geared to a twentysomething crowd.
If they dont want to spend their whole honeymoon in a hotel, maybe out touring, I would say Tokyo is a great choice, especially in the spring months.
If you give more information it will be easier to help.

We went to Mexico(puerto aventuras) a few years ago, there was lots of honeymooners there,Mexico is gorgeous and if we hadnt already been i would have liked to go there for our honeymoon.
We went to Egypt(sharm el sheikh) last year, there was a few honeymooners there,we liked it and met a honeymoon couple who were quite disappointed with Egypt as there was not alot to do and packed with kids and not very romantic.
We are getting married in September,we have booked the Maldives for our honeymoon,we are really looking forward to it.When is your wedding?if its after mine i will email you some photo's of the Maldives if you wish so you can see what the islands are like.
Please feel free to email me if you would like me to email you

Well, I'm not sure of the buying power of the rupee, nor of the relative value of comparison, but 30,000 rupee is only about 675 U.S. Dollars, as far as I know, that probably won't get you far if you fly!
I would find somewhere romantic that neither of you have been to and drive. Its not about where you are necessarily, its the good time the two of you have with each other.

With your budget stay in India and stay near by your home and enjoy the vacation away from home on short trips from time to time.
