my ex who really hurt about a year ago works in a place that i ahve to visit next week he knows that he broke my heart and i know he was just using me, i'm quite scared about seeing him coz i got a soft spot for him i'm happy with my new boyfriend and we love eachother but i'm still really woriied about facing my ex what should i do any advice?

Set your mind baby. Try to think of the past where he hurt you and then face him and show him that you're happy now. Let him realize what he have lost when he dropped you. good luck!

To be honest, if you still have a soft spot for him, and you're worried about seeing him, you probably don't love your current boyfriend as much as you think you do. It is true that I will always love one of my ex-girlfriends, but I don't fear seeing her. Examine your feelings and come to face the fact that you will have to see your ex. Be strong and good luck!

You should go in there looking your best and try to not make it obvious you still like him. Just walk right up to him and be like 'hi how are you, I haven't seen you in ages'.Don't give him the satisfaction of knowing you still care.
And if you get the opportunity mention your new squeeze as much as possible.

Take someone with you for support, and if need be a reality check, but don't take your current bf, that could be a little uncomfortable, and could end up blowing up
