Closest to you? Israel. They are imported as guest workers, make 2 quid an hour, it's taxed 60%, and they need 25 quid every six months for another Visa. It's also illegal for them to get married, so they are all single, unless someone paid to go to Crete with them and marry there.
Basically they are desperate, single, and athletic. Enjoy.

Did you really believe there would be any woman on earth who you can shop for love ? You only happen to meet a woman and you love. You don't go around looking for a woman who you can love. The idea sounds very commercial.
