If you're a true believer in Jesus Christ the Holy Spirit dwells in you all the time. John 14:16 says " And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever".
That "comforter" refers to the Holy Spirit.

Spirit in the sense the energy to live up to the occasion? Yes it is there in every human being. We dont realise it. Only some capable people realise it soon and utilise it. Spirit is something which...i feel...keeps a person always lively to any challenging situation and helps to bail out of anything that looks impossible otherwise to others. It always resides in you and gets exhibited only when we want it to come out.

Yes - spirits are always resides in ourselves - For example, histeria and various psychological analysis reveals that we are doing a lot of things which we are actually not aware. Our body works itself and there is nothing our effort and like this our mind - but no one would accept to say this about mind - only good souls do good - as it is the Almighty's childish play to make each one work with a different sense or motive to make the whole universe active. Spirits are like 'Atom' , but not physical or materialistic, but purely on the emotions like angry or lust etc., emotions are behind the activation of every energy.

The Spirit does not dwell in the body but we have to call the holy spirit and it is a gift of god. Only thing required is to keep our body holy, because our body is the vessel that can contain the holy spirit. Then we have to pray and desire that the holy spirit come into us. When the holy spirit comes into you, you are drawn by the holy spirit and you can do wonders. you can talk in strange and foreign tongues etc. etc.

Spirit do reside within all of us. It is indestructible. After our death it is passed on to another newly born living being; be it a human, animal or plant. This spirit is a PART OF GOD and it is our actual identity. The physical body that we carry is just a temporary matter. As we change clothes everyday.... the spirit changes physical bodies .... from one form to another.

It resides in you you have only to tap into it. This is one of the gifts we are given. HEnce why the bible says we were made in His image. He is a spirit and has issued us souls, when we realize we can tap into this Spirit this holy spirit we then are able to work in spirit. speak in tongues, heal, have vision or psychic dreams, thoughts.

There is no such thing as a mystical spirit that is or enters your body. People who say they had these experiences were hallucinating.
