I'm assuming that you are in the military, and have met all the other criteria. If so, then then answer is, "Yes, you are eligible".

If you're not in the military at this time, your best bet would be to talk to a recruiter. You are still eligible, but there are different rules for entering OCS from the civilian side of the house.
