What could I give her in return. I know she likes sausages but I m not sure if she prefers cocktail or jumbo or if she could manage more than one per sitting? Any ideas?

Although thats prob not a very fair trade is it.
As for sausages I'm sure she could handle whatever you give her, and be thankful for it too.
One per sitting would probably be best, but you know what they say, small amount but often is the best way to go with these things.....Im sure that would satisfy her apetite.
Do you think you can deliver this Mr Darcy (and Im not talking about delivery to your friends home)
