The detox diet in brief could be described with a way of food and liquid in take and other components that lead to "self-cleaning" of the body and normalising the natural balance in it. The process of detoxification is the opposite of intoxication, as we intoxicate ourselves with too much junk food,fried food, meat,variety of medications and so on. All that leads to problems in the balance of the certain body organs, first "afflicted" is the liver..and as we know its also known as the Main laboratory .
Avoid any junk food, fried,red meat,sprinkle drinks,Coke,peanuts,grease food,coffee,chocolate etc.
Drink at least 8 glasses of pure water everyday, plus herbal teas and fresh juices ( taken better 30 min before every meal). Eat mainly oats,maize,raw fruits and vegetables, light yogurt.

It's wear you clean yourself out. The best thing to do if your trying to lose weight is eat three balance meals two small snacks. Drink 8 glasses of water, exercise and get 8 hours sleep.

water,lemons ,honey and cayanne pepper,mixed together to make a palatable drink .one gallon for three days,plus regular 8 glasses of water.you can drink any juice ass long as its 100% juice and herbal teas with honey and you can do it for seven days and yes they work
