It would be women. The women's anatomy is different from that of a man. We have a uterus and so on which take up more space and doesn't allow her bladder to expand as much as that of a man.

Peeing is not gender sensetive! Dringking a lot of water or beer has a lot to do with peeing. So, it depends on the amount of liquid in your body! You can be a man or a woman, it does not matter.

However, its true that women tend to go to toilets more often than men. But, they go to the toilet not necessarily for peeing, but for make up or something else. Women are more conscious with their appearance than men. That's true!

Women go to the bathroom more, but they are probably just talking, not peeing.

i think women have smaller bladders but this is just speculation.
