6. All the rest except Civil
7. Civil (easiest because you don't even need to know Calculus (they make youtake the course though))

Each has its own challenges.
Personally, it is bioengineering. But then, if that person likes the course, it will be easier.

each of the one you mentioned have difficulties but i think mining is more difficult one
